By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please review them before checkout.
Orders and payment
Product prices and shipping charges are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Square. An order is accepted after payment is completed and the order information passes our validation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, invalid address, or another issue that prevents fulfillment.
Made-to-order products
Products are printed after an order is placed. Colors and print placement can vary slightly between screens and finished garments. Minor variations within normal production tolerances are not defects.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if an order needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered production. Once production begins, the order is generally final except for eligible damage, defect, or fulfillment claims described in our Returns policy.
Shipping
Production and delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by inventory, quality control, carriers, weather, and seasonal demand. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. See our Shipping policy for details.
Website use
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or misuse content belonging to EMB or others.
Intellectual property
The EMB name, logos, original graphics, photography, text, and site design are protected content. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork or branding.
Availability and liability
We work to keep product details, inventory, and the website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version posted when you place an order applies to that purchase.
